Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sivsan Oils. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
1. Refund and Returns Window
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 3 days from the date of your purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 3 days after delivery
5. Return Process
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- Contact your bank as there might be processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at hello@sivsanoils.in and send your item to:

8. Gifts
- Marked as a Gift: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.
- Not Marked as a Gift: If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
9. Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:

You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
